Back pain research clearly demonstrates the importance of maintaining a consistent exercise program targeted to the deep core stabilizing muscles of the spine.

Our back pain prevention program currently includes a 52 week training series on core stabilization exercises. This includes a targeted exercise program that focuses on the deep spinal stabilizer muscles, core abdominal muscles, aerobic training, and general conditioning activities. Each training session is about 20 minutes long and comes with an associated training manual.

In the near future we will be adding specific training for the shoulder, knee, and neck.
