Sciatica is the term used to describe irritation of the sciatic nerve.  Specific sciatica exercises should be directed towards addressing the underlying cause of the problem and not just the symptoms.  Management of sciatica symptoms and treatment in this fashion can result in rapid sciatica pain relief.
